Fluffy Matcha Waffles
Unbleached all-purpose flour 1 cup
Simply Zero Organic plant-based protein powder 1/4 cup
Matcha 1 tbsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Sea salt 1/2 tsp
Water 1 cup
Unsweetened soy milk 1/2 cup
Maple syrup 3 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Whisk all dry ingredients together. Then add wet ingredients and mix well.
Add waffle batter into your waffle machine according to instructions.
Extra waffles can be kept in freezer for 8 weeks. Use toaster to reheat.
