Peanut Soup Dessert
Unsalted roasted peanuts 1 cup
Simply Zero Organic Protein Powder 1 scoop
Water 2 1/2 cups (separate 1 cup and 1 1/2 cups)
Raw sugar 2 Tbsp
1. Add peanuts, a cup of water, protein powder into a food processor. Blend well.
2. Heat a medium-sized pot on high heat, pour the peanut batter into the pot; add the remaining 1 1/2 cup of water. Turn to low heat once the the peanut mixture has boiled.
3. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes; add in the sugar. Make sure the sugar is dissolved. Serve immediately.
