Quinoa Flat Bread
Makes: 10 mini pieces
1 cup Quinoa (white)
350 mL Water
3 Tbsp Simply Zero Unsweetened Organic Protein
3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
½ tsp Mushroom powder (Muji)
¼ tsp Salt
Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend well.
Pour mixture on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Use a spoon to flatten the batter. Recipe yields about 10 mini quinoa flat breads.
Bake at 375F / 190C for 20 mins. Flip over and bake another 5 minutes if extra crispness is desired.
