Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oat
Serves 1 (provides 17.7g of protein)
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Simply Zero Organic unsweetened protein powder
1 cup plant milk (i use almond milk) + 1 Tbsp
1 tbsp lemon juice
⅛ cup blueberries
1. Add all ingredients (except toppings) in a mason jar. Store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
2. Add extra toppings or sweeteners if desired.
